Lao niang also know you cannot wait to overthrow the PAP.
But do you know that now is like this:
PSP got 24 seats
WP got 21 seats
SDP got 11 seats
PSP + WP + SDP = Total got 56 seats
Parliament only got 93 seats, cannot suka-suka add more plastic chairs like you go jiak toh.
In other words, you only need to have more than 47 seats in the parliament to form a coalition Gahmen – 93 divide by 2 = 46.5, round up become 47.
So hor, if PSP, WP, SDP all win they can become the coalition Gahmen and PAP WON’T BE THE GAHMEN LIAO, because 56 is more than 47!
YES, LIKE MALAYSIA LIKE THAT!
Before you all happy happy go pop champagne, lao niang want you all to exercise your brain a bit. Erm, now Malaysia very good meh? You want Singapore to become like Malaysia?
Don’t forget PSP, WP, SDP and PAP are all from different political parties.
Is like you put tiger, lion, jaguar and leopard inside a cage. They will fight.
If you think just because PSP, WP and SDP they are opposition parties, they will shake hand, friend friend and work together with each other, then you are very wrong!
THEY ARE NOT!
They all got their own beliefs and agendas, they will do what they think is best themselves.
Is like Titanic got many people to want to give direction, end up actually nobody know where to go then end up lang-ga the iceberg and everybody die.
Then can you imagine everybody start fighting and throwing bottles and chairs in the parliament like other countries? Maybe you think can 看好戏 (watch show) because xiao exciting, Singapore never has this kind of action happening before.
Lao niang tell you, your brain must be spoiled, and you need to go check your brain.
Singapore is a small country and we got no resources, and we depend on trades to survive.
People willing to come here do trade and business with us because we stable. We are one of the most politically stable countries in the world. You have jobs now also thanks to this kind of stability that we always take for granted.
But imagine after this GE, there will be no more this kind of stability because you anyhowly vote, because you angry PAP, want to show them your power so you suka suka vote?
Later you end up no job, no money, wife runaway with 小王 is really you ownself sabo ownself one. You hao bo bak sai (cry no tears) also no use.
So hor, please vote properly, don’t vote because you want to scare the Gahmen. Your life and lao niang my life are at stake. Mai siao ok?
