How can a law firm call a customer ‘retarded’ or ‘low IQ’???

Shuwen Poh had wanted to enquire about the services of a Law Firm, Vexus Law. She sent a Whatsapp message to ask about a deed poll for her daughter. But the response from the firm was insulting.

The firm actually called her ‘too stupid and/or low IQ and/or retarded to follow simple instructions’.

They also asked her to “find another lawyer to entertain her bullsh*t”.

This happened because the firm asked for a time for Ms Poh to meet the lawyer, to which Ms Poh responded with ‘Anytime’.

She explained that she stated ‘anytime’ because she was available to “drop by anytime, and can fit the lawyer’s schedule as her deem fit”.

Apparently. this is not the first time that Vexus Law has got onto social media for the wrong reasons.

In 2015, another viral Facebook post also showed how they responded in a similar way to a lady who asked about their deed poll services.

Again, the law firm responded by saying they don’t have time to answer stupid questions.
