At the NTUC’s Ordinary Delegates’ Conference 2021 held today, DPM Heng thanked the Labour Movement for helping workers and businesses emerge stronger from this Covid-19 storm. He then share that rapid technological advancements are reshaping jobs. So hor, warn you first, your skills today may not be enough for the jobs of tomorrow! The way people learn has also changed liao. Learning already become more interactive. So now the Labour Movement has also responded to this shift in learning demand to help workers! Not NATO (No action, talk only) hor! Today DPM Heng joined the tripartite partners to launch the Learning Experience Platform (LXP)! What can you expect – curious right?? Like Netflix, workers can subscribe to LXP and access a wide range of content, from personal and leadership development, to emerging areas such as coding and blockchain.
