The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said that 13 people, all between the ages of 30 and 69, were taken to the hospital while they were conscious. The group included 12 bus passengers and a 69-year-old bus driver.

Five of the people who were hurt were taken to Changi General Hospital, and the other eight were taken to Sengkang General Hospital.
