Xiaxue Served Legal Notice from Simonboy After Criticising His Forever Megan Charity

Influencer Wendy Cheng, known as Xiaxue, has received a lawyer’s letter from local content creator Simon Khung Wei Nan, known as Simonboy, following her public criticism of his newly launched Forever Megan Charity initiative.

It all started when Xiaxue posted Instagram stories on November 12, where she questioned Simonboy’s parenting record and motives behind naming the charity after his late daughter, Megan Khung.

In her Instagram story, she shared a screenshot of a comment that read: The real heroes are the fathers who stayed clean, earned an honest day’s wage, loved and remained faithful to their wives and family. And they continue to do this without any form of media attention.”

Xiaxue captioned the post simply: “Correct.”

In her second Instagram story, she reshared a Facebook post with a caption:

“Glad he is unfazed. Three kids with three different moms. First child he neglected for 11 years and met the kid for the first time in 2024. Made sure to document it on social media and for the news. Second one passed. Third one just born.”

“I think you have enough kids on your hands to go and handle ba you don’t need to go bother yourself taking care of other people’s children first.”

In the following Instagram story posted today (November 13), Xiaxue uploaded a screenshot of the lawyer’s letter, which stated it was filed against Ms Cheng Yan Yan Wendy for defamation, false statements, and harassment.

Simonboy, 38, had earlier announced the Forever Megan Charity to honour his daughter’s memory, who tragically passed away in 2020 at the age of four, after months of abuse by her mother and her mother’s then-boyfriend.

The charity aims to help vulnerable children, and its first project involved a donation drive to the Good Samaritan Home, an orphanage in Klang, Malaysia, where Simonboy contributed funds, food, and essential supplies.

In an interview with Channel News Asia, he acknowledged that using his daughter’s name might invite social media repercussions but maintained that his main motive is to honour his daughter and serve children in need.
