This unique individual quickly became a local sensation, especially after a video of him was shared on TikTok by user @chasingthebutterflies on July 13. The video showed him confidently making his way along sidewalks and crossing roads, looking very much like a superhero on his daily patrol.

The short clip quickly caught fire online, racking up an impressive more than 260,000 views and over 16,000 likes in a short period. People watching the video responded with a mix of laughter and genuine admiration for the man’s quirky dedication.
One user, clearly impressed by the sight, commented, “We need more superheroes like him.” Another commenter, perhaps getting a bit carried away with the superhero theme, humorously remarked, “Hope he gets stronger and faster and flies eventually!” The initial video, however, did not immediately reveal who this mysterious jogging “Superman” was.
One netizen claimed that they had seen the very same person running along Boon Lay Way, just outside the Chinese Garden, earlier on that same day.
