You would think that most atas restaurants serving Chinese New Year dishes will usually use high-grade ingredients hor, but no hor.

On 28 January, one Malaysian chio bu YouTuber Hanxiiaoaii 韓曉噯 took to a Facebook review in which she shared her horrible experience while dining in a restaurant located in Kuala Lumpur.

The 26-year-old YouTuber shared in the post that after taking a bite into the abalone, she realised that it has got the chao sng smell and so she went to feedback to a staff.

However, when she feedbacks to a staff working in the restaurant that the abalone tastes weird, she was told by the staff that the abalone their restaurant serves is “sour plum” flavoured.

The YouTuber then asked to see the brand of the abalone they use because it’s her first time eating such uniquely flavoured abalone. However, she was turned down after a long debate.

Next up, she was being served dessert.

In the dessert, she found a strand of hair!!!!

According to her, she was told that she would be waived off the charges for the tea, and be given a 5% discount off her bill on top of another 5% off should she make payment with a preferred credit card. Do a simple math she should be given a 10% off her bill, tio bo?

But no wor, when presented with the bill, she only sees a 5% off for using a preferred credit card.

Again lor, she had to debate with the staff before they honour their promise.

She then concluded her 1-star review post saying: “You have a staff with red hair and a bit of purplish highlights, I think you can consider promoting her to the top management, because at least she understands the customer’s problem, and she can help your company solve the customer’s problem upon understanding them.

Thank you for your discounts, I feel your love ❤️ I really enjoy the dinner today ☺”

Her post has since garnered more than 2,000 likes and 600 shares at the time of posting.

One netizen even pointed out that the strand of hair looks “curly”

Here’s the English translation in case you need it:

Thank you for being the first restaurant I leave a negative review for online. ❤️

That manager in a ponytail, she gave me great new insight.

I told you guys that your abalone has a sour taste.

But your lovely manager told me that your abalone is sour plum flavoured.

I asked, ‘what brand of abalone is sour plum-flavoured? I have not eaten it before. Can I look at the brand?’

We even debated for a long time😀 I also asked if you would like me to introduce another wholesaler to you but let’s not go into the details.

And the dessert served to me later was even more amazing.

That strand of hair, it was superb.

You waived off the charges for the tea, you also offered another 5% discount, and then there was 5% for using a preferred credit card.

When I got the bill, there was only a 5% for using a preferred credit card, I had lots of questions in my mind.

Then we debated again, and the 5% you promised appeared!!😍

You have a staff with red hair and a bit of purplish highlights, I think you can consider promoting her to the top management, because at least she understands the customer’s problem, and she can help your company solve the customer’s problem upon understanding them.

Thank you for your discounts, I feel your love ❤️ I really enjoy the dinner today ☺
