Titled “After The Rain” A Charity Live Special, the concert was held over two days (27 November and 28 November) at the Marina Bay Sands Theatre and was attended by 2,000 fans each night.
Fans who did not manage to snatch tickets to attend the concert physically could also attend the concert virtually on the second day (28 November) as it was streamed on YouTube, Weibo, Douyin, and TikTok.
Some sibei eagle-eyed netizens also spotted Health Minister Ong Ye Kung amongst the concertgoers in a photo posted on JJ Lin 林俊傑 xiao ge ge Facebook.

Because JJ Lin xiao ge ge’s show is among the pilot events with new protocols in place, so concertgoers also did not have to sit 1m apart wor.
But hor, under these new protocols, all attendees must be fully vaccinated and have a valid negative PET – either a polymerase chain reaction test or ART. And the PET result is also only valid for 24 hours.
And although concertgoers no need to sit 1m apart, the concertgoers also must be fully masked and observe prevailing Safe Management Measures (SMMs) throughout the concert. They are also not allowed to take off their masks or eat and drink during the event.
Proceeds from ticket sales to be donated to Community Chest
Tickets to the show are not say very cheap, they were priced from $288 for a pair.
But hor, tia gong JJ Lin xiao ge ge will be donating the proceeds to Community Chest, a key beneficiary of MBS’ corporate social responsibility programme, Sands Cares.
