In a study done by a U.S fitness gym, “Nearly 80% of both women and men believe a ‘dad bod’ is attractive as it a sign of confidence in his own skin.”
So what is Dad Bod?
Dad Bod is an untoned and slightly plump male physique, that is described as “softly round.”
The findings also showed that 65% of the people say that dad bod is attractive, and 61% said that men with dad bods are sexy.
Men with dad bod were also found to be happier. The study indicated that men having that body type has improved their life in someway, claiming that it has helped them accept themselves, or made them less concerned with their appearances.
Well, if you have a dad bod, be glad! Cause men with a slight paunch and a distinct lack of washboard abs are officially “more attractive.”
