On 26 Mar, Singapore Airlines (SIA) confirms a bomb threat concerning its flight SQ423.

The Boeing 777-300ER plane, operating from Mumbai to Singapore, landed at Changi Airport at 7.54am on 26 Mar.

According to Plane Finder, the plane had earlier declared an emergency during landing. Other planes around were diverted accordingly.

All passengers, except for a woman and a child, had disembarked the plane safely and had underwent a security screening before they could leave.

SIA is currently assisting the authorities with their investigations. No further details can be provided, it added.

Thank god it is just a hoax, and everyone is safe. Even though this incident might be a hoax, security threat is real, and we should not take it lightly.
