2 men arrested for knuckleduster fight at Taman Jurong coffeeshop

With the help of CCTV footages, two man in their 60s have been arrested on 11 Mar for assault at a coffeeshop in Taman Jurong.

The police were alerted to the fight, which took place on 3 Mar at Block 101 Yung Sheng Road, at about 7.20pm.

The man, who is seen lying on the ground in the video, was found with facial injuries after being assaulted with a knuckleduster. He was then taken to a hospital.

A video of the incident was circulated widely online, showing two men throwing punches at another man.

The two suspects will be charged in court on 13 Mar with voluntarily causing hurt by a dangerous weapon with common intention.

If found guilty, they could be jailed for up to seven years and fined.

The guy sibei tokong ah. Can smuggle the knuckleduster into Singapore. In Chinese saying, got things slowly discuss, why need use violence leh.
