More than 80 per cent of the 61 inmates, who attended Tanah Merah Prison School, achieved three or more passes in their subjects, while two of them scored five distinctions for their O-Levels.
Against all odds, they studied hard and took the papers while serving their sentence.
This is a commendable achievement and we, Singaporeans should be proud of them.
