RSAF jets escort Scoot jet in alleged bomb threat

Two RSAF F-15SGs scrambled and took off within minutes when the pilot of a Scoot plane declared a bomb threat on board. 

Flying en route to Hatyai, Scoot TR634 left Changi Airport at 1.20pm and landed safely at Changi Airport at 3.23pm. 

All passengers and crews from flight TR634 have disembarked safely. The passenger who allegedly made the bomb threat and his two other travel companions are currently assisting Police further with investigations.

Circumstances surrounding the incident is unclear at the moment. The police reported that they are currently conducting checks.
