Ministry of Manpower has released the gazetted public holidays for 2019 – there’re five long weekends next year!
There is supposedly one more long weekend compared to this year.
As you can tell, the public holidays that fall on a Friday, Sunday or Monday are: Good Friday, Vesak Day, National Day, Hari Raya Haji and Deepavali.
The best years were in 2015 and 2017 where there were seven long weekends. In 2014, there were only four long weekends.
