“Limpeh’s layman perspective to Singapoh Bah-jet 2018 (budget):
1) Ang Pow up to $3 pak kor
Not bad lah, better than boh (none). You go ask peeples from Seeria, Irag, AfGan, Lipya or even Myanmar see whether got or not. They all sibeh chia lat. Lucky you not live there, must chow from your own countree, only walk hor…MRT oso dun have. Not many countree happy happy give free money to peeple one.
2) Hong Kee ki 10%
Wah lau, this one damn clever lor. This one boh bey chow (no horse run). You know peeple sio hong kee (cigarettes) cannot quit so easy one, but at same time you make peeple sio hong kee think twice to mai (not) sio liao.
3) Maid Levee go up (if you earning tua $)
Some peeple sibeh too much $$$ can have 2-3 maid clean house and look after ahma & ahgong. Every day oso must wash Mercedes. But some peeple really boh pian need maid to tao kah qiu (help) with everything. This one later see how you put who dun have or have to pay leveee. Akan datang lor.
4) Carbon tax
Wah piang eh! This one oso can tax ah….Limpeh pang pui (fart) next time kenah tax or not ah? But good lah good lah, lucky Singapoh not like many other places like Vietnam, Tiong Kok (China), Hong Kong or Indo like my fren tell me got smog la, haze la, go out oso can not breathe properlee. At least limpeh can enjoy air clean clean, grass green green. Got otter run lai run ke somemore.
5) Kah tua (bigger) HDB grants
Good leh! This one oso damn clever oso lor. Because why, got sibeh many lao (elderly) lang now and in future. Limpeh mother father oso getting old, so live nearby is hoh (good) la…wait anything happen can fast fast do something. Can see gahmen make this kind of bah-jet base on see values one. Not anyhow. Those boh kahwane (unmarried) oso got more…Not bad, not bad. But hor, peeple here choosy, maybe they dun wan to stay where their lao peh lao bu stay because not atas enuff. Hai yah these peeple.
6) GST ki 9% (only dunno when between 2021 to 2025)
say ki (up) just ki lor….why mysterious lidat. This one actually boh pian one lah…we all know Singapoh peeple more, must have more thing to make peeple more comfort. Like more kilat HDB, like hospital (my side Sengkang General Hospital jin tua leh!!!), like road(no hole one), like better MRT(okok breakdown sometime but not so bad la), like more park to paktor, blah blah…Anyway long time never ki liao, and many peeple oso dun see this type of thing in the big pigture one. Anyway hor, if you think your lui buay gao (money & income not enough), then limpeh say got 2 way lor…
- No need to buy your iphoneX lor…Xiaomi oso can mah (ADJUST YOUR LIFESTYLE),
- Kao peh kao bu (cry mother cry father) oso no use right? Go upgrade yourself and get better thing to do, or use the many gahmen grant to kui seng lee (start small business) lor (BE PROACTIVE AND CHANNEL YOUR COMPLAINING ENERGIES TO POSITIVE ONES)!
