And here is the account of the employer of the domestic worker:

Must avoid EZ advance trading enterprise at all costs!!!!! This shop cheated our helper and rip her $145 for a screen protector!!! Our helper thought it’s $10 Or $20 the most but the shop gives invoice of $145 and pressurized our helper that everything is on CCTV and she has to pay up!!!! And my helper was afraid and did what they say. Bloody disgusting shop!! $145 is a lot of money for domestic worker and they have to feed the entire family back home!!! Shame on you #ezadvancetrading what can my helper do ???

My cousin just called them on 18th pm. and they r really crappy with their response!!

They said
“ Rolex watch is watch. Patek Phillippe also watches. Quality matters. This is a good quality tempered glass 2. Our tempered glass comes with free replacement, there’s a 1-year warranty”
“$145 is a small sum”
“It’s her word against my staff’s. How can you prove???”
“Cannot be you come in to buy a screen protector and you see me put it on for you and then you say you don’t want to buy”

Return my helper her hard earned money!!!!

According to the employer, the helper screen protector chipped after 1 day.

Our reader by the name of Muhd Fairuq also shared with us his encounter, he and his wife had paid $260 for two tempered glass last December at Ez Advance Trading Enterprise.

This is not the first time that the shop was known to have cheated shoppers.

Back in 2009, AsiaOne reported that a French tourist was charged $120 more for a phone, and when she disputed the ‘extra charges’ was given a sendoff by the shop staff, one that was laden with expletives. The phone had cost $300, but the price reflected on the customer’s invoice was $420 instead.
In 2013, an Indonesian girl was also scammed by this doggy shop that sold her an Xbox that cost 2-3 times more than the normal usual price.

If you know someone who might have been scammed by shops, you can ask them to lodge a complaint at CASE and also make them known on the Social Media to create more awareness of these shop so more people can avoid them.
