Users of SingPass and CorpPass have been reporting issues with the two portals since yesterday (8 February).
The portals suffered intermittent disruption yesterday morning before they were taken down in the afternoon for urgent maintenance. The whole disruption lasted about 6 hours.
Today, Facebook users started to report problems accessing the portals about 11am. Some had error messages and others face long loading times when they accessed their accounts.
The Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) tweeted at 12.31pm that it was aware of the problem.
According to GovTech, the outage on Thursday was not a result of any cyber attack.
SingPass has more than 3.3 million registered users and supports 57 million e-government transactions.
CorpPass is for corporate transactions, including the filing of corporate taxes and work permit applications.
