In Singapore most of us have teambuilding by doing either indoor or outdoor activities. Activities such as cooking classes, paintball or Amazing Race type of competition are common in Singapore.
But in China, a cosmetics company did it differently…and Limpeh is not too sure if its a team-building or team-breaking activity.
The company made the employees kneel on a stage and slap each other on the face. The event was part of the company’s 14th anniversary celebrations.

The company’s spokesman defended the practice on a video, saying the slapping was only a test for employees.
He added that other companies do similar exercises.
Some netizens expressed their disapproval on Weibo saying the exercise was “brainwashing”.
