PM Lee Hsien Loong is going on overseas leave from today until the end of the year. (edit: Maybe he don’t want to do Xmas gift exchange with some people at home…)
So while he’s gone, some of his cabinet colleagues will take turns to be Acting Prime Minister.
Here’s the duty roster that you can refer to:
19 December – 25 December: Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Minister for Transport Khaw Boon Wan.
26 December – 31 December: Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security Teo Chee Hean.
Looks like Christmas came early for Minister Khaw…or maybe not…
