Marina Bay carnival pushed back to Dec 15 as organisers are waiting for final go-ahead

Singapore’s largest carnival has been postponed to Dec 15 instead of Dec 8 as the organisers are waiting for final go-ahead.

More than 40 rides and games will be brought in from a few European countries and the rides have good track records.

However, the organisers has to work very closely with specialist engineers, consultants and local authorities to get the final approval.

Some of these exciting rides include the Star Flyer tower ride that offers a 350-degree view of Singapore skyline from 35m in the air and Booster Maxx that can rotate at a speed of 96km/h under eight seconds.

Admission is free and you can purchase credits for the rides at the carnival itself or through the website.

The Marina Bay Carnival will be held at The Promontory and Bayfront Event space. Nearest MRT would be the Bayfront MRT, Promenade MRT and Downtown MRT.
