“Hi, by writing in is to let the whole Singapore know about this hooligan store which my wife works in. It is a company under the Dairy Farm Group.

As she just started two months ago, she was deployed to a messy store that always fail the company Hong Kong Audit. So my wife took 3 weeks – day and night and also the weekends to clear this mess.

The documents are not up to date so she had to organise and file them accordingly. There are months of documents to clear.

After clearing the mess, she was deployed to another messy store, letting another senior staff take over the previous store and gain the credit of passing the audit.

My poor wife had to struggle again to deal with another round of mess.

For just 5 days in the second store, my wife failed as the auditor used the second store to assess her.

They are assessed on the documents – whether they are able to organise the documents, make sure they are signed by the manager, documents are up to date, staff attendance are correct, store operations are well-maintained, daily reports sent in on time and whether company SOPs are followed.

This is not fair and she was only given 5 days, how could clear another mess into such a short time?

They should assess her based on the first store which she spent time clearing and not this mess. It’s really unfair to her.

Because of this failure, the Store Manager even scolded her with four letters words and made things difficult for her to work in the office. It’s so insulting.

It’s a big company. But the staff turnover is high. I still have the record of the manager scolding vulgar words as I was on line with my wife and I heard it so I recorded it down.

All this was bought up to management and they kept delaying by saying that investigations are going on without informing her about the investigation outcome or offering an apology.

This is really discrimination towards her.

Hereby writing in to let people know about this hooligan company in Singapore. Thanks.”
