A notice was placed outside the coffeeshop saying that it was given 6 demerit points on two occasions for not providing soap in the toilets. It was also fined $800 for the offences. All of its stalls are affected by the suspension.

Under the NEA’s demerit points system, food courts or coffeeshop may have their licenses suspended if the main operators accumulate 12 or more demerit points over a period of 12 months.
