A SBS Transit double decker bus crashed into a pedestrian walkway this afternoon (28 Sept 2017) just outside Bedok interchange.
The SCDF responded to the incident at about 1.32pm and had to use lifting equipment to rescue a woman who was trapped underneath the bus.
The road was blocked off by the police during the incident and traffic was not allowed to pass at all.
Two other women were also injured in the accident. All three women were sent to Changi General Hospital for treatment.
