Flights to Hong Kong from Singapore were cancelled or delayed this morning because of Typhoon Hato.
14 flights were cancelled and another 14 rescheduled.
As a result many passengers were confused and frustrated because they had not received any information about the changes to their flights.
Some passengers complained that if they received information earlier, then they wouldn’t have to wake up so early to catch their morning flight.
Hong Kong weather authorities upgraded the weather alert to signal 10 which means that winds with speeds of 118km/h or more are expected.
