A Singaporean Star Wars fan lost his wife this year to Cancer.
Before she died, Camella had wished to donate her belongings to charity. Even when she was alive, she frequently donated to the poor and contributed milk powder cans to needy families, according to her husband Jeremy Sim.
But instead of donating her belongings, Jeremy has decided to donate his precious collection of memorabilia which he has collected since young.
The fundraising event will be organised by the Star Wars 501st Singapore Garrison which is local Star Wars costuming organisation.
Proceeds of the funds will go to the KKH Health Fund (Member of the SingHealth Fund).
The fundraising event will be held during the Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention 2017 at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre on 9 September 2017.
