A good citizen sent a complaint email to the National Environment Agency (NEA), the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and the National Parks Board (NParks) about damaged drain coverings
The LTA then went to fix the drain covers.
But the drain covers were damaged again after trees around it were pruned. So he sent an email straight to NParks.
But the unfortunate happened. An NParks officer CC-ed the email back to him by accident.

Moral of the story: Check, double-check, triple-check your ‘to-list’ and ‘CC-list’ before you send out your email.
