Xinmin Primary School has confirmed that the person who caught on Circle Line taking upskirt video is their “beginning teacher” teaching physical education who was posted to the school on Jun 13, 2016.
In a video posted on various Facebook pages on Saturday, a man dressed in a bright pink t-shirt and a black short could be seen fiddling with his phone before placing it on top of his bag which he then lowered to record upskirt video in a train along Circle Line.
The police confirmed that a report was lodged investigations are ongoing.
“The safety of our students is of top priority,” said Xinmin Primary’s vice-principal. ChannelNewsAsia report.
“The case is under police investigation and the teacher is currently on leave.” he added.
