Singapore: Motorcyclist seriously injured after being hit by car on PIE and currently in ICU

Singapore: A horrifying accident happened on Wednesday (May 24, 2017) along Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) towards Changi Airport at around 7 pm.

A video of the incident shows a black car side-swiping the motorcycle as it switches lanes. The motorcycle is pushed into the rightmost lane, and a white car runs over the vehicle and rider.

Sparks emit from the wheels of the car and the motorcyclist has dragged some distance down the road.

Police investigations are ongoing.

SCDF sent one Red Rhino and an ambulance to the scene.
