Hi everyone,

My grandmother had gone missing at approximately 9.30am on April 21, 2017 and she was last seen at St. Luke Eldercare Centre, Blk 602 Clementi West Street, where she walked off alone after alighting the transport bus provided by the centre.

Mdm Yong Yoke Lan was wearing a navy blue flower-printed top when she went missing, but she may also be in her jacket. She has nothing else on her.

As she suffered from dementia, she would most probably not be able to recognise her surroundings or know where she is. If you happen to see her, please contact St. Luke Eldercare Centre at +65 68722210 or Jeslyn at +6598763110 and bring her to the nearest Police station.
